Vinification and ageing: fermentation maceration at 29° / 30°. Once all the sugars have been extracted, the juice selection and storage in stainless steel tanks for malo-lactic fermentation - lactic acidosis. Aging partly in French oak barrels of 500 liters and partly in barrels of 16 hectoliters for one year, assembly in stainless steel tanks for two months with bottling in the summer of the second year following the harvest. It has a long life duration.
Characteristics: ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose the scents are full, persistent, with initial aromas of red fruits, cherry and plum with hints of spice. The taste is velvety and harmonious with references of ripe fruit, fine spices and wild berries. Ideal with main course dishes such as meat stews, braised meats, game and seasoned cheeses.
Store horizontally.
