Vinification: soft pressing and partial fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18° - 20° C for 3 months
Ageing: a part in stainless steel and the other part in French oak barrels of 225 liters for 18 months. The wine is bottled in the autumn of the second year following the harvest
Characteristics: This wine is made only in the best years. Of an intense golden yellow color, it is capable of giving great sensations on the nose, fruity, intense and extensive, which added to the typical aromas of the Moscato join those of apricot, honey and acacia flowers. The taste is harmonious and its sweetness never cloying, with good aromatic persistence on the palate. Goes well ideally with mature cheeses, desserts, pastries and also chocolate based sweets.
